Calling things by it’s right name

So if we listen to various educated Muslim scholars we learn that it’s strictly forbidden for anyone to do “takfir”. What does it mean? You can not judge someone as not being a Muslim. (Equivalent to the christian church’s “excommunication“.) To exclude someone. In Islam the word for a Muslim who abandon faith is “Kufar”. A word terrorists uses to justify widespread killing over the world. Yes, children, Christians, Yezidis and most of all – Muslims.

To call someone “kufar” is to do “takfir”. And to do takfir is not okay. As condemning and killing people never can be okay no matter what.

Wise people calls it “Takfirism”. And it’s genius. The word Islam has nothing to do with what is going on in terms of terror. Islam can not explain it. Not prevent it and not stop it. But we can all work together for a beautiful world.

Not even the American president can tell the difference between Islamism and Islamic. And that’s the guy who “knew more than any general” about terrorism. Why not make things easier for the ones that like to talk but not learn?

Trump should step down

Russia in American waters and skies. In the election and among trusted people in the administration. What could that mean? Any ideas? No, they’re not there for the burgers, trust me.

Russia-hamburger-doctrine

As long as the American president stays in the early stages of campaigning we are all exposed to danger. “The leader of the free world” bashing people, parties, networks, calling Washington a swamp, telling the world what a bad country America is. Bashing over half of it’s population. And remember, it doesn’t matter what party he belongs to. You just don’t do that.

In the eyes of the world, he appears weak. Contradicting himself saying he loves America. Every country watched the speech last night, probably wondering, who’s he fooling?

He’s probably strengthening his enemies in their beliefs that he’s a mad man. Making future diplomatic ties even more difficult. And the allies? Do they dare stand by his side?

If the world consisted of America only – fine. Then he could bash his people as much as he likes until a revolution, but there’s others out there. People that doesn’t care what networks he prefer or who did the most mistakes in the past. The common interest is stability in the world and Mr Trump can’t deliver.

The rallies are hurtful to America and the world. But he doesn’t see that, does he? No, it’s just a ego booster. He feels good doing it. People in the crowd are booing and clapping on the right spots. The language he’s able to understand.

Who knew being a president is such a hard job?

I think most people understands that being president is difficult. Its about making friends, stay friends, go together, and work around the clock. Because somewhere there is early morning and new things happen.

But he’s honest. I give him that. He becomes very predictable when speaking his mind on twitter. You kind of know when he’s going to push the button. What he says – he truly believe. Border walls, Muslims out, no refugees, criminal Mexicans, this and that country is bad, FBI is lying. And we all get to see him taking classes in school of life. Learning, step by step, how things really work. In a enlightened perspective.

Most presidents have pretended to know it all. This one don’t. The presidency have become a road of learning. And what else can he do? A country is not a company. It cannot be run solely by a family. Well, he brought a bunch of people whom he trusted. Not necessarily honest and trustworthy people. But they were loyal. Madly loyal. I guess they provided a cense of security to the president. However, if they’d been loyal to their country and it’s people we’d not have so many of them targeted by Russia. We’d not learned “Alternative facts” or learned about strange massacres that never happened. There’s a lot of misguided loyalty. It might work in the corporate world but not in a country.

By surrounding himself with that type of loyalty the truth rarely become presented. With advisers saying “yes” instead of explaining the truth (that may be inconvenient) we all have to go in the same class. Learning as Mr Trump keeps on tweeting his mind.

Welcome out of the shell Mr Trump. Welcome to the reality. Sometimes there is sunshine and sometimes there’s not. No matter what you’re sent to do on this earth, it must be done without blindfold and shields blinding and forgiving in vain.

My question now is, did he learn enough or is he going to jump the button on North Korea?

100 quite unbelievable days

The White House opened it doors to a bunch of people that didn’t mind bring the lies with them. Hard to feed the American people but still, with some success. We learned words like “alternative fact” and “fake news”. The worlds local media scratched their heads and didn’t really know if it was for real.

I guess we all hoped for the country to come together. But on the contrary, the campaign-like rallies kept going on and the people got more divided. Races, colors, religion – everything got infected. Actually to the extent that two Sikh Indian men got shot and killed. Mistaken for being Muslims.

Then the demonstrations, rallies, clashes, trouble in the streets. You Tube got flooded with movies showing racial attacks with political pretext. Trump didn’t notice, did he?

I guess Trump’s been busy Twittering about all the bad stuff Obama did. I don’t see the need for competition though. But he doesn’t seem able to let go. Or is it a smoke screen for all the Russian connections in the administration?

The worlds local media really thrived discovering how far the Russians got in to the American establishment. But Trump didn’t notice, did he? No, he cried about getting his “wires tapped”. Which led back to Russia. As the voting fraud. As the daily visit in the skies of Alaska lately. People denounced them selves or got fired.

I, myself, hoped for the administration to focus more on domestic matters, but that didn’t happen. American troops moved to Poland and the Korean peninsula. There’s fighting going on in Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and Yemen.  And the tension in the world have risen way to much. Hopefully American troops won’t be put in harms way.

Much of what have been said during the Trump campaign have been reversed. Opinions have turned around completely. NATO being “obsolete” is one really bad thing to say. Without friends – what would you do? Well, Russian boots would probably go west. I’m sure Putin has every option on the table. As always.

So far, we’ve seen one man going from ignorance to a little bit of more knowledge about the world. The more he learn the greater will America do during these four years of adventure. Money isn’t the glue that keeps nations together. It’s relations.

The father of all wars

I’ll say what the leaders of Europe don’t: Trump should have stayed with the “America first”-thing. The minute he abandoned that, the world became a much unsafer place. The “go alone” is not a strategy. It’s stupidity. One can justify just about anything, but acting alone when it comes to hostile acts is stupid.

Mr Trump seem to want to take on any loose cannon out there and there’s a few of them. Diplomacy doesn’t seem to be an option as he acts emotional. That is exactly what a businessman would do. Conquer or withdraw. And he’s not the withdrawing kind of guy.

Reports are saying that Europeans live in fear because of this. Do we? Well, as a Swede in a country that stayed out of war for over 200 years now, no. I don’t live in fear. Not for myself or for my country. I do, however fear, that all of this comes with a price. That America will have to pick up the bill and it’s not only about dollars. Lives will be at stake.

Living with the notion that “we have the greatest military in the world” works for any country until tested. Even if it might be true, it’s dangerous to live by that statement.

In the beginning of Trumps presidential career I was smiling at the willingness to salute the military. (Someone have taught him how to do it now) I got the feeling that he was most eager to work close to them. Boy, was I right about that.

Why praise the leaders when you hate it when the followers come, Trump?

imgdonald-trump-saudi-prince

Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia stopped by the White House yesterday. I bet Trump didn’t ask any interesting questions since it’s been all quiet. But Trump probably didn’t have a clue that he was having lunch with the answers to many questions about terrorism. The where and how it’s growing. And why.

As long as the US don’t dare to touch those questions the growing of terror will never cease. Not the one growing in Saudi and internet environment anyway. A post to come.

But why, Donald? You just lost the Nobel peace-price. The Saudi Prince said Trump is a true friend of Muslims. Yeah, right. We know all about that, but what do you know about Saudi ideology, Trump? Let us know all about your friendliness towards the things you fear the most. The things we call extremism, terrorism and Islamism.

Why praise the leaders when you hate it when the followers come?

What does he do? Ban innocents. Where’s the logic in that? And he deploys the military forces in Syria and Iraq. Huge measures when he have all the answers at his lunch table.

What do you say?

Embarrassing.
